Terms and Conditions

1) All licence applications are subject to acceptance by the promotion, and the promotion reserves the right to refuse any application.

2) GMP (Scotland) Ltd. and the Board of Control of elected drivers reserves the right to suspend a driver's licence in the event of misconduct or failure to comply with the GMP safety instructions outlined in our "Rules of the Racing," handbook, issued to every licensed driver.

3) Applicants for all GMP endorsed formulas (with the exception of Mini Stocks) should be 16 years of age or over on day of application.

4) A passport sized photograph must be supplied with every licence application.

5) Licences issued for the 2008 season will expire on the 31st of December 2008.

1) Applicants wishing to race a Mini Stock must be 10 years of age on day of application and should not be over 16 years of age. A photocopy of a birth certificate or passport MUST be provided with the licence application.

2) All Ministock drivers will have to complete an informal written test before being allowed to race, the test will be based on the safety informtion outlined in the "Rules of the Racing," handbook.

3) All Ministock drivers will be given a restrictor plate when they recieve their licence, their car must be fitted with this plate before they are allowed to race.
