Race Action at Newton Grange Stadium
November 1981 saw the last meeting of the first ever GMP promoted race season at Newton Grange Stadium. This momentous occasion was marked by the once in a lifetime race event in which Formula 1 - 190, world champion Leonard Wolfenden (left) battled it out on the track with Formaul 2 - 667 world champion Bill Batton (right).
